Villa Astrum House was built on the edge of the village of Klenak, on the long-standing border of two empires: Austro-Hungarian and Ottoman, with a defensive embankment built in the era of Maria Theresa.
Located in a rural setting, the Villa, with its rich content and comfort, proudly carries 4 stars, i.e. the highest category, in the classification of Tourist Farms. Villa Astrum House stretches in the northwest-southeast direction and represents the residential part of a spacious sunny courtyard, which was furnished and extended in the spirit of late antique Villa Rustica, which were built in this area by the Romans. The total area of the Villa is about 500 m2, and the total area of the farm is 70 ares.
The accommodation facilities of the villa are 3 double rooms and an apartment, which are located on the first floor, a spacious living room, dining room and modern kitchen on the ground floor, and in addition there is a wellness area with an indoor pool, a VIP lounge with a bar, 4 bathrooms and 3 terraces. It is built from natural materials, equipped with unique furniture, modern equipment, underfloor heating, air-conditioned and fully covered by wireless internet.
