Swimming POOL, JACUZZI, AND SAUNA

The south part of Villa Astrum is the sunniest, thus it is the home to our wellness area. Its design stems from the benefits of water therapy. The wellness area stretches over 100 m2 and it can be accessed from the Villa itself as well as from the backyard. There is an inclined plane or a wheelchair ramp.

The wellness area is dominated by an 8×4 indoor swimming pool with heated, crystal-clear salt water with a temperature between 28 and 30 degrees Celsius.

The sitting area surrounding the pool is equipped with cozy and comfortable sun beds, club tables and chairs for your outmost pleasure. Bathrobes and towels are provided.

Two side walls of our swimming pool area are made of sliding glass panels, which transform the pool to indoor/outdoor area, while during the winter months it stays connected to the Villa by all heated areas.

Aside from the swimming pool, there is a whirlpool tub designed for utmost pleasure of up to 5 people, separated by a glass screen, a single Finnish sauna, a personal wardrobe, and a shower. Warm water and relaxing jets will give your body what it needs!

Villa Astrum’s wellness area can be rented throughout the entire year aside from Villa itself, subject to Villas current booking status.

Code of conduct

To achieve and maintain the maximum safety, security, and wellbeing of our guests, we kindly remind you to respect the following rules and recommendations:
  • • While staying within the wellness area, the guests are obliged to use the provided slippers, not their own shoes;
  • • It is mandatory to change and leave your clothes in the designated wardrobe before entering the pool/whirlpool area, as well as have shower before entering the above;
  • • Diving and horseplay are forbidden. Minors under the age of 12 must be attended by parents or legal guardians. Children safety must be top priority and the depth of the pool must be considered at all times. We remind you that the area around the pool is slippery, so be careful;
  • • Waterproof diapers are mandatory for children under the age of three;
  • • Children under the age of 12 should not use the Finnish sauna;
  • • Guests who intend to use the Finnish sauna are advised to follow recommendations of their respective MD’s with the mandatory usage of single towels provided;
  • • Wellness area is considered food/snack-free. Therefore it is forbidden to enter this area with food, snacks, drinks in glass bottles, potentially explosive devices, and items with strong odor/smell;
  • • It is forbidden to bring your own spa furniture or replace the existing/arranged furniture;
  • • Wellness area hosts up to 15 persons, as per governmental safety regulations according to its size and categorization.
